I started Pod Plug in college with $20K in debt and a single vending machine. Everyone said vending was dead. They were right about snack vending. Specialty vending is a completely different game.
Today it's $6.5M+ bootstrapped across 31 states, 160+ machines. Two Verticals. Two verticals (for now). No Shortcuts. Just a better model.
